We've got a quick update!

The manufacturer has our order and production is officially underway! They’ve given us a 2–4 week production window. Once production is complete, we’re estimating about another week for everything to make its way to the Laguna warehouse.

Once the merch arrives at the warehouse, the Laguna team can begin sorting, packing, and getting your individual orders into the mail!

We’ll keep you updated with news from the manufacturer throughout the production process. When we know, you’ll know!

Speaking of important dates...

Next week is the 16th, which means Wolverine finally drops on PS5!

This update is a quick one!

The first wave has officially been ORDERED! 

We’re currently being told to expect the first wave of merch to arrive at the Laguna warehouse between September 20th and 30th.

Once everything arrives, our team will get to work sorting, organizing, and packing your individual orders so we can get this astonishing merch headed your way!

We’ll keep you updated as things move along and let you know when the next big fulfillment milestone happens.

To me, my backers!

We’ve got a quick fulfillment update for you!

First, we want to apologize for a slight delay. We lost a few days to a wave of sickness that hit several members of our team. Thankfully, everyone is on the mend, and we’re getting back up to speed!

We’ve also heard from some of you about failed payments and missed surveys, so we’ve extended the deadline for our first wave of orders.

If you want to make sure your shipment is included in the first wave, please have your survey completed and any payment issues corrected by the end of the day tomorrow (9/1).

And there’s some good news behind another little wrinkle: you ordered A LOT of merch! That’s a great problem to have, but it means we need to order some of the products in waves to keep everything moving smoothly.

Miss tomorrow’s deadline? Don’t panic! The second wave will begin immediately after the first, so we’ll keep things moving as quickly as possible.

We also know some of you have changed your pledges or recently paid off your pledge’s payment plan. That’s awesome! If you’ve made one of those changes, please keep in mind that it can take a business day or two for everything to sync before your survey is sent out.

Thank you again for making another Lagunaverse campaign such a huge success! We truly appreciate your patience and enthusiasm.

Quick reminder: you have until the end of today to make sure your shipping address is correct before we lock addresses! If you've moved or need to make any changes, now is the time.

We've also had a few cards decline during the payment process. Please check your email and your BackerKit account to make sure your payment went through successfully. If you received a notification about a payment issue, please update your payment information as soon as possible.

We want to get this ASTONISHING MERCH to you ASAP, and to make that happens, we need to get through the surveys and make sure all payments are processed correctly!

We've got a quick update for our Amazing Backers!

We’re putting the finishing touches on the surveys now and hope to have them out by next week at the latest. As soon as they officially drop, we’ll post another quick update to let everyone know!
